Claims Handling

When a claim is made within repair or replacement warranty period after due quality check of the item the claim is accepted and processed for repair or replacement whichever is applicable. For every replacement Claim accepted from the customer a purchase claim is autogenerated to the vendor concerned.

Analytics on Claims

The inbound stock from the purchase claim is mapped to the Claim. For analytics purpose claims stock can be viewed against normal stock.
